Open Internet Disclosure
NTUAW is committed to providing all of its customers with the best wireless internet experience possible. NTUAW does not block end users from accessing lawful websites, subject to reasonable network management, nor do we block applications that compete with our voice or video telephony services, subject to reasonable network management.
Network Management Practices
Our network management practices ensure that customers have the best possible wireless internet experience. In order to optimize our network, NTUAW utilizes various throughput management tools (i.e. XXXXXX) to control data usage. Throughput management tools used by NTUAW identify and restrict excessive data users that are generally on non-metered data plans. Customers that are subject to this practice will experience slower throughput speeds until the start of the next bill cycle date. Customers will not be notified prior to data throughput management being initiated, but our goal is for customers to feel the smallest possible impact. NTUAW Customers may contact 1-800-XXXXXX and talk with a customer service representative to determine whether or not their data throughput is being managed.
Security Measures
NTUAW offers its wireless internet customers unrestricted access to all of the lawful content, services, and applications available on the Internet subject to reasonable network management. However, NTUAW may use tools and policies to protect its customers from spam and other unwanted or harmful Internet content. If NTUAW did not engage in this practice, our customers would be subject to the negative effects of such content and degradations of the service.
Device Attachment Rules
All phones and devices connecting customers to our network must be provided by NTUAW. More information about the specific devices approved for use on NTUAW’s network can be found at its retail website at www.NTUAWwireless.com. NTUAW reserves the right to change its network management practices anytime at the company’s discretion. Any change in NTUAW’s network management practices will be disclosed to its customers.
